READ MOREWe are delighted to announce that all of our leading timber windows and doors have achieved the PartQ accreditation.
Coming into force in October 2015 to help increase the security performance of windows and doors being installed in new build properties, PartQ has had a major impact on the window and door industry.
What it means is that only PartQ PAS 24:2012 certified products are able to be used in new build properties in the UK.
Ensuring that our customers can achieve the very best results from their projects means that we have had to put forward all of our leading timber window and door designs for certification – which as you can imagine is a massive undertaking as one of the UK’s major suppliers.
As a result our timber windows and doors have been put through their PartQ paces – where they have to pass specified security tests. We are delighted that our following ranges have achieved the PartQ Certification:
– Double Glazed Stormproof Windows
– Double Glazed Timber Sash Windows
– Double Glazed Flush Casement Windows
– Contemporary Front Doors
– French Doors
– Bi-Fold doors
– Handled Wooden Entrance Doors
“We are absolutely delighted to have achieved the PartQ classification for so many of our product ranges,” said Dale National Sales Manager Matt Chambers.
“Clearly the classification is designed to have a positive impact on the security of windows and doors for new build properties across the UK and for leading window and door companies like ourselves, testing existing product ranges is a major undertaking. So it’s great that so many of our timber windows and doors have now gone through testing and achieved successful classification.
“For our merchants across the UK it means they can provide their customers with the added peace of mind that the timber windows and doors they can offer meet the PartQ standards and provide enhanced security performance. We have heard of situations where non-certified windows and doors have had to be ripped out of developments where contractors have failed to use PartQ approved windows and doors, so using Dale Joinery products ensures this won’t ben the case,” added Matt.
