The Project
As a well-established, reputable developer of high quality, single properties, Will Marquez has recently built and sold this beautiful new family home in the Essex Countryside.
“We purchased the land at the beginning of 2021 and got to work straight away. We then finished in September 2021, so we were very happy with how smoothly and efficiently the build process went” Will comments.
As a first-time customer of Dale Joinery, Will went online to research different timber suppliers and this led him to our door. “I have always used timber in my builds but hadn’t used Dale before”.
“A Dale rep came to meet me and spent time going through everything. He was never pushy or in a rush which I really appreciated, and I was more than happy to use Dale for this build”.
The homeowners bought the property off plan, and worked closely with Will, designing everything together to ensure that all parties were happy, and the new owners would get the home of their dreams. In addition to the generously sized home, there is also a garage with an annexe at the front of the plot.
The new windows and doors are all finished in ‘Pebble Grey’. “I am especially happy with the colour of the new windows and how well it works with the render”.
The beautiful new home has delighted all parties, as the new homeowner also comments “We are so happy with the windows and doors. The bifolds open smoothly and allow us to fully enjoy our garden”.

Flush Casement Windows
Finished in the ever-popular shade of ‘Pebble Grey’, flush casement windows have been installed across the home and annexe, with horizontal astragal glazing bars.
Entrance Door
With a fully glazed sidelight that further floods the hallway with natural light, a ‘Hadleigh’ style entrance door sits under a beautiful canopy and has created the perfect entrance. The style of door is enhanced with an 18mm astragal glazing bar border.
French Doors
Boasting a generous, private balcony, the master bedroom has been adorned with classic timber French doors that open outwards, a choice approved of by both the homeowners and their feline friend.
Bifold Doors
Three beautiful sets of bifold doors were chosen for the home’s dining and living areas, enhancing the contemporary finish of the kitchen and lounge. All three sets open with ease, allowing for easy access to the home’s patio area, ideal for entertaining and hosting.
