The Project
A beautiful, bespoke housing development in the peaceful village of Whatfield in Suffolk has benefitted from having Dale Joinery timber windows and doors. Landex, the building contractor for the development specialises in smaller scale projects with a large emphasis placed on the quality of their builds.
Sitefix were appointed as the window and door contractor for the development, renowned for their high attention to detail, skill in installation and ability to choose the right products for the right purposes.
Alan Ross at Sitefix comments: “we won the contract by choosing Dale Joinery as part of our proposal. Competing contractors were proposing inferior windows and doors and the range from Dale Joinery stood out from these”.
Sitefix had been looking for an ideal timber windows and doors supplier, as Alan commented: “We already had solutions in place for projects requiring aluminium and/or uPVC products. However, we were lacking a high-quality timber solution. Having found Dale Joinery, we have been highly impressed with the quality of their products and have now chosen them as our preferred supplier”.
The relationship established with Sitefix has been blossoming since the Whatfield development. Sitefix are now working on another development in Suffolk and have been placing orders with Dale for more windows and doors as the development continues to progress.
Flush Casement Windows
All new homes on the development have timeless engineered timber flush casement windows from Dale Joinery, finished in the shade of ‘Cream’ externally and ‘Signal White’ internally.
French Doors
In the dining rooms of the new homes, traditional French doors in the same dual colour finish as the new windows were also installed, giving the new homeowners easy access into their lovely, generously sized gardens.
