The Project
Following the sale of his business that was previously based in this building, Mark spent two and a half years gaining the appropriate permissions to turn this office into residential use.
In the village of St Neots, Cambridgeshire, the eight apartments now contained within, all feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and all sold very shortly after completion of the project.
Mark’s building contractor recommended he consider the Dale Joinery product range for this project.

Giving a wholly traditional feel, timber sash windows feature throughout the entire building, all finished in the shade of “Signal White” with 18mm astragal bars, standard horns and utilising our innovative hidden spring mechanism.
