The Project
Following the sale of his business that was previously based in this building, Mark spent two and a half years gaining the appropriate permissions to turn this office into residential use.
In the village of St Neots, Cambridgeshire, the eight apartments now contained within, all feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and all sold very shortly after completion of the project.
Mark’s building contractor recommended he consider the Dale Joinery product range for this project.
“We wanted to ensure that all aspects of the project were carried out to a high standard” Mark comments.
“Knowing this, our builder suggested that sash windows from Dale would have a longer life and better appearance than uPVC, and this fitted in with both the look and quality we wanted to achieve.”
“Being in a village setting, the windows were an important factor in suiting the surroundings, and I was keen that they were a better quality version of what had been used on other developments nearby.”
“Everyone that has seen the apartments has been impressed with all aspects of the property, including the windows and doors.”
Sash Windows
Giving a wholly traditional feel, timber sash windows feature throughout the entire building, all finished in the shade of “Signal White” with 18mm astragal bars, standard horns and utilising our innovative hidden spring mechanism.
