The Project
Situated in a peaceful West Sussex village, developer, Paul Beamish has recently finished an 18 month project, creating 3 beautiful new cottages for discerning buyers.
Previously on the site was one house on a generous plot of land, and Mr Beamish saw the opportunity to make better use of the land and provide homes for multiple families.
“The new homes were all sympathetically designed. We took into consideration neighbouring and local properties and architectures, to ensure these new cottages would both fit in, and further enhance the village.”

The new cottages are finished to such a high standard throughout that Mr Beamish explains “there has been a huge amount of interest with the estate agent. We expect to sell the properties very quickly, and at a higher value than originally anticipated!”
Flush Casement Windows
Across the 3 properties, timeless flush casement windows were specified. Finished in the popular shade of ‘Pebble Grey’, the windows are complemented with 18mm astragal glazing bars and Black Monkeytail handles.
French Doors
Three identical sets of French doors were installed at the rear of the plot, in the same colour finish as the new windows. Opting for a large, clear glass style, these will flood the new homes with natural light, and allow the homeowners to fully enjoy their new gardens.
