Buckinghamshire based property developer S&S Construction has over the past 19 years, developed a growing reputation for the quality of its work.
Specialising in the design and construction of detached properties ranging in price from £450,000 to £850,000.
Such is the emphasis on creating quality homes, that S&S has turned to timber window and door specialist Dale Joinery to provide the made to measure doors and windows for its property developments.
According to S&S director Shaun Aris, the search for a timber window and door manufacturer that could match the company’s own high standards and provide made to measure, ready to install finished products into their properties brought them to Dale Windows.
“As a business we have focused on creating bespoke detached properties with the focus very much on quality throughout and the doors and windows are a critical element for any development – both from an aesthetic perspective but the quality in which they work.
“Our customers are discerning and want quality and we need to ensure we reflect this throughout the build and the quality of the Dale range of windows and doors matches our customer’s expectations.
“The fact they are made to measure and arrive on site on the date we specify, completely ready to fit also saves us time and enables us to be more efficient on the build. Combine this with the quality of the windows and doors, not just in terms of the timber but also the window ironmongery and paint finishes and we know that one of the key elements of our developments is in very good hands indeed,” said Shaun.
The latest development which Dale Windows has supplied a range of products for S&S Construction consists of two detached properties in Gayton, Northamptonshire.
These two imposing properties are a grand addition to the portfolio. Oyster white flush casement windows are paired with a contrasting black Tintagel door, whilst the rear of these homes benefit from generous sized sun rooms with large areas of glazing and bi-folding doors.
Flush Casement Windows
New timber flush casement windows from the Dale Joinery range were specified in the shade of ‘Oyster White’, with horizontal 18mm astragal glazing bars. The colour finish complements the coloured stone façade of the properties perfectly.
Entrance Doors
Contrasting with the new windows, imposing Tintagel entrance doors were specified in the shade of ‘Jet Black’. Beautiful canopies were also constructed by Mr Aris, creating beautiful entrance ways for the new homes.
