The Project
The beautiful village of Stock in Essex is no stranger to Dale Joinery. Previously, Dale was specified for an attractive new-build family home that replaced the original 1970s property on the plot.
That project was undertaken by Silverswan Homes, who have now returned for these two 4-bedroom new builds in the same village. Tom Wright of Silverswan Homes comments “This was previously one large bungalow that we acquired. The plot was so large that we were able to demolish the bungalow, build these 2 large properties and still have enough room to give both a substantial garden”.
As Silverswan Homes have built an enviable reputation locally, it is no surprise that both of these properties were purchased off-plan prior to the build even commencing, such is the demand for their prestigious work.
Flush Casement Windows
In keeping with neighbouring architecture, as well as their previously complete works, new flush casement windows were specified for this project. The new windows are finished in the shade of ‘Pebble Grey’ and feature leaded light detailing. a fantastic accompaniment to the mix of render of brickwork finish.
French Doors
For both properties, new French doors were installed at the rear of the structures. The new doors are in the same ‘Pebble Grey’ finish as the new windows and are complemented with Polished Chrome Windsor handles.
