The Project
Casement & raked windows, Bi-Fold Doors, Sliding Patio Doors & Entrance Doors from Dale were installed as part of a development project in Whitstable.
The site had previously housed a concrete framed, asbestos-clad industrial store sandwiched between two larger buildings. With the site so close to the beach, the developer wanted to complete the contemporary look of the property and had previously considered aluminium clad windows and doors.
Following a visit to the National Self Build & Renovation Centre, Swindon, the developer was impressed with the style, finish and bespoke design of the Dale product – making timber the preferred choice for the property and location.
The products were ordered through the local merchant, who were assisted by the Dale team. All of the windows and doors arrived as specified, on the agreed day. Delivery was handled well whilst fitting for all products by the developer was straightforward.
Patio Doors
Sliding with ease, and an ideal solution for opening up a living space, timber patio doors in a ‘Blue Grey’ finish were installed here as part of the development works.
Bi-Fold Doors
In the new homes large dining and living area, beautiful Bi-Fold doors were also specified in the same ‘Blue Grey’ finish as the new patio doors. The new doors open out onto a lovely, first floor balcony with plenty of space to create an outside seating area.
